Program Design
We do not ignore Traditional Education, at the same time we do not want to invent new ways of learning. We dare to have an action based dream in the learning system that can bring a visionary, innovative and sustainable educational revolution in the learning of the new generation social entrepreneurs. So, GATI aims to foster dreams.
People who change the world are simply the action based dreamers who have a never give up spirit.
The fellows will be guided internationally both from India and USA through a self-directed learning process
• E-learning modules from ASU, World Bank and United Nations that can be completed at the fellow's suitable pace and interest
•Placement with both national and international, for profit and nonprofit, Socialor corporateenterprises that are aligned to the fellow's interest and skills
• Pairing with mentors from across the world, especially from USA, who are aligned to the fellow's interests, innovation, skills and passion?
• The unique curriculum design is practice-oriented, and the programme will not only help fellows identify and follow their own path, but also help them to create a wide international network in the area of their interest, within the framework of enterprise development
So the program design is as per the following table
| Enter | Fellows will be identified from diverse background and then will be trained in the establishment having the management of social enterprises during the second six-month facilitated learning module in India and USA. | Educate | Before that they will be gone through an online course from highly reputed USA University. The fellow completes the online program with a certificate in social enterprise from a reputed academic institution of USA, which will be given to him after the completion of two years. |
| Empower | The fellows will be placed in a social enterprise, where he will educate himself by supporting the enterprise in accelerating its growth, while gaining real time entrepreneurial experience. The Fellow will be also paired with an experience mentor who provides real time guidance. |
| Expedite | The fellows start their own enterprise or they may work on their chosen profession to create a supportive ecosystem for other social enterprise. |
