Give globally Foundation is Registered with an intention of not for profit in the States of Indiana, having its office at Indianapolis, Indiana, USA, launches the NLSR 2023, in collaboration with Lead India Foundation, a nonprofit unit registered as a trust in India as per the laws of Indian Trust Act 1880, and Lead India, a for profit unit in India registered under the Startup program under Government of India. Lead India Foundation is one of the India’s highly popular networking organization working with more than 200 NGOs and Educational Institutions in India and lead by Lead India. Jurists Global is the legal partner of this program, to provide all the legal support to make sure the program is running legally well.
Country level School Ranking, which has changed to National Level School Ranking, is the initiative of Give Globally Foundation, to provide Third Party appreciation/ appraisal/ recommendation to a School of Secondary and Higher Secondary level through ranking which will provide the educational institutes a great identification in the local level and National Level.
Give Globally Foundation, along with its India Promoter intends to carry out this program through the joint venture with highly efficient and well established educational consultant firms / Event management Firms/ Nonprofit organisations having experience in such programs. We are intending to invite interested qualified firms through tender application and the highly experienced party will be selected for the tender among the interested parties/ agencies/organizations/ marketing agencies. Individuals/ firms having the experience of 5 years in the field of educational marketing or institutional liaison may participate to promote this program across the country.
To carry out this program in a very successful way, Lead India will publish the tender in the website of https://givegloballyfoundation.org/csr/index.php for the national level Business Partner/ promoter, who will take care of the zones. We have divided the area of event promotion in India in seven different zones which are as below:
It is purely contract basis with a success and profit based approach. The interested party/ies need to pay a certain amount to have the contract to carry out the activity, they will do all the marketing and promotion activities in India on behalf of Give globally Foundation and its associates/promoters, strictly with the provided guideline. They will do the registration of the Schools in their respective Zones as per the guideline of Give Globally Foundation and its promoters, which should be signed on a 100 INR stamp paper at the time of contract. The more schools involved the more profit they will get. Up to 20% of the registration fees will be taken by Give globally Foundation as an administrative cost. Rest of the amount will be disbursed to the agency as per the details mentioned in Section 2.8 Payment Terms.
The Cost of the National Level Tender is USD 50,000, of which 5000 USD will be deposited during the time of Submission of the tender. If the Tender is not approved, the whole amount will be refunded after the deduction of 20% handling charge. The Rest of 45000 USD will be deposited after 7 days of the approval, and then the contract will be signed within three working days of the complete payment of the Tender amount; it is advisable that the full payment should be done before five days of the contract to be signed. The whole advance amount is nonrefundable if the tendered is not depositing the full tender amount in the stipulated days allowed after approval of the contract.
All the Tenders will get a 5% relaxation, if the project or the Tenderer is identified as the preferred Tenderer of the year by any of the representatives in India.
All the interested parties/ agencies/organizations/ marketing agencies/Individuals must provide all the details with a deposit of 5000 USD of the tender cost. The deposit is Refundable as per the policy, if the tender is disqualified. The deposit amount will be refunded in or within 120 days of the disqualification from approval.
The amount should be deposited in our promoters account in India. It must be deposited either in the Account of Lead India or JURISTS GLOBAL through online transfer/ NEFT/ RTGS. The Account details are as below:
